In the recent battle fields of the Balkans, there were quite a number of young men whom patriotic cries in a well conceived propaganda of the war masters induced to join in. Many of them were made killers and murderers. Karamfla was one of them. But in contrast to the majority Karamfla sobers up, he realizes that he was manipulated and that he is in real trouble only after coming back from the war. Too late for anything to be changed. Karamfla will have to disappear.

They did not think of the man whose remains were accidentally chosen to be dumped into that grave. This is how it has always been, everywhere. This is how it will always be.
