This is a book about mutual understanding, about devotion, making sacrifices, it is an affirmation of love between a man and a woman. A young woman feels in this world as if she were in a small boat in the middle of a rough ocean and it is only a matter of time when huge waves will overturn it and she will pluge into the water. She asks her partner to suggest a psychiatrist who could help her. The man takes the matter into cosideration, thinks about all possible means and ways of psychotherapy only to come to the conclusion that what he first thought was right: the woman does not need a psychiatrist, all she needs is faith.

“.....When I lifted my eyes from the book her smile flooded me. Nensoleta dela Luna has just come back from the market. She has put down the basket full of fruit and vegetables and with a frozen fish tail protruding from its side.

•  You were so deep in thoughts that it seemed to me you'd fallen asleep, she said.

•  Maybe I was just dreaming, reading is a kind of dreaming.

•  You're deffinitely crazy, throw these books away and look at me, said Nensoleta dela Luna.

•  You are disturbing me, it is you who has given me this task and you'll have to put up with it now.

•  What shall I cook for lunch?

•  The same thing you've planned to.

•  I'll cook this fish.

I didn't want to iterfere in the job of preparing lunch. It always turns into a row.

- What task have I given you?

There, this is what women are like. Beings that live from moment to moment. Or, rather, this is what Nensoleta dela Luna was like: a hundred percent woman. Anyway, life may be easier for me now, easier than it was with some of them who tended to be men as if a couple should have more than one man..."

...A track of light was emerging from the thick darkness, then it became brighter and shiny, the track our boat was sailing along as if pulled and directed by a string of sun rays. And before any wish to understand what was happening there came silence, the mountains around moved away and under the calm surface of the sea fish glittered briefly.

Dragonflies appeared, a good sign for voyagers.

•  So, I said, were you frightened?

•  No.

•  And now?

•  Not now, either.

•  How are you feeling?

•  Better than ever, said Nensoleta dela Luna.

And so we continued our sail. No luggage.
